Terms and Conditions

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using LearningSpacePro ("Platform"), operated by Infoskills Technology Private Limited ("Company", "we", "us"), a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013, having its registered office at H.No. 728, Devi Mandir, Khatriwara, Sikandrabad, Bulandshahar, Uttar Pradesh — 203205, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to all these terms, you must not use the Platform.

2. Definitions

  • "Learner" — Any registered user who enrolls in or purchases courses on the Platform.
  • "Instructor" — Any registered user who creates and publishes courses on the Platform.
  • "Course" — Any educational content (videos, text, quizzes, assignments) uploaded to the Platform.
  • "Service" — All products, features, and functionalities offered by the Platform.
  • "Bill Amount" — The amount payable by the Learner towards the Course(s) purchased on the Platform.

3. Account Registration

You must create an account to access paid services. You agree to provide accurate, complete information during registration and to keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Course Access and Licensing

Upon purchasing a course, you are granted a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access the course content for personal, non-commercial educational purposes. You may not redistribute, copy, record, or share course content without explicit written consent from the instructor and the Company. Any unauthorized sharing or resale of course content constitutes theft of intellectual property and is subject to legal action.

5. Payments and Pricing

  • All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) unless otherwise specified.
  • The Company is currently not registered under GST. No GST is charged on course purchases. Prices displayed are final prices.
  • Payments are processed securely through Razorpay (Merchant ID: 816985 via ICICI Bank Eazypay), Cashfree, or Stripe depending on the payment method selected.
  • The Company's bank account for settlement is maintained with ICICI Bank (Account No: 191605001603, IFSC: ICIC0001916).
  • Accepted payment modes include: Net Banking, Credit Cards, Debit Cards, UPI, Wallets, and NEFT/RTGS.
  • The Company reserves the right to modify pricing at any time. Existing purchases are not affected.
  • Invoices are issued electronically for every transaction with PAN details.

6. Payment Processing Charges

Payment processing is facilitated by ICICI Bank Eazypay via Razorpay. The following processing charges apply to the platform. These charges include GST as levied by ICICI Bank on payment processing services:

  • Credit Card: 1.24% (incl. GST)
  • Credit Card — Amex: 1.89% (incl. GST)
  • Credit Card — Corporate: 2.71% (incl. GST)
  • Credit Card — International: 3.25% (incl. GST)
  • Debit Card (≤ ₹2,000): 0.47% (incl. GST)
  • Debit Card (> ₹2,000): 1.06% (incl. GST)
  • International Debit Card: 3.25% (incl. GST)
  • UPI (> ₹2,000): 0.06% (incl. GST)
  • Net Banking (ICICI): ₹23.60/txn (incl. GST)
  • Net Banking (Others): ₹23.60/txn (incl. GST)
  • NEFT/RTGS: ₹5.90/txn (incl. GST)
  • Wallet: 2.24% (incl. GST)

Note: GST on the above charges is deducted by ICICI Bank on payment processing services. These charges are borne by the platform and are not passed to the learner. The Company itself does not charge GST on course prices as it is not GST-registered.

7. Instructor Terms

  • Instructors retain ownership of their original course content.
  • By publishing a course, instructors grant the Company a worldwide, non-exclusive license to distribute, promote, and display the course on the Platform.
  • Revenue share: Instructors receive 70% of net course revenue after payment processing fees and applicable taxes.
  • Payouts are processed within T+2 business days via the instructor's configured payment method (Bank Transfer/UPI/Razorpay/Cashfree/Stripe).
  • Instructors are responsible for ensuring their content does not infringe on any intellectual property rights.
  • Instructors shall not offer any courses containing illegal, offensive, or banned content as per applicable Indian laws.

8. Settlement of Payments

Bill Amounts collected from Learners are settled into the Company's Settlement Account as per the following timelines (where T is the transaction date):

  • Net Banking: T+1
  • Debit Card / Credit Card: T+1
  • UPI: T+1
  • NEFT/RTGS: T (same day)
  • Wallet: T+1

9. Prohibited Conduct

Users must not:

  • Share, resell, or redistribute course content.
  • Use automated tools to download, scrape, or copy Platform content.
  • Upload harmful, illegal, or infringing content.
  • Impersonate other users or misrepresent affiliations.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt Platform services.
  • Use the Platform for any fraudulent, misleading, illegal, or unlawful activities.

10. Chargebacks and Refunds

All refunds must be routed through the same payment gateway through which the original transaction was made. In the event a Learner initiates a chargeback, the Company reserves the right to:

  • Suspend the Learner's access to the disputed course.
  • Request dispatch proof (course access logs) to resolve the chargeback within 15 days.
  • Adjust instructor payouts for refunded transactions.

11. Intellectual Property

The Platform, its design, features, trademarks, logos, and all technology are the intellectual property of Infoskills Technology Private Limited. Course content is the intellectual property of respective instructors who retain ownership rights.

12. Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or profits. The Company shall not be liable for delays or failures due to natural calamities, telecommunication failures, or any force majeure events.

13. Termination

The Company may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, you lose access to all purchased courses and data associated with your account, except where required by law.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bulandshahar, Uttar Pradesh, India. The Company may, however, in its absolute discretion, commence legal proceedings in any other court or tribunal.

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time by posting the revised version on this page. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Users will be notified of material changes via email or Platform notification.
