Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Overview
Infoskills Technology Private Limited ("Company"), operating under the brand LearningSpacePro, is committed to customer satisfaction. This policy outlines our cancellation and refund procedures for all purchases made on LearningSpacePro ("Platform"). This policy is in compliance with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and Razorpay/ICICI Bank Eazypay merchant terms.
2. Individual Course Purchases
✅ 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee
- You may request a full refund within 7 days of purchasing an individual course, provided you have consumed less than 30% of the course content.
- Refund requests made after 7 days or when more than 30% of the course has been accessed will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.
- Courses obtained through promotional offers, bundles, or gifting may have different refund terms as specified at the time of purchase.
3. Subscription Plans
- Subscription plans (monthly/annual) can be cancelled at any time from your account settings.
- Upon cancellation, you retain access to subscription benefits until the end of your current billing period.
- Monthly plans: No prorated refunds for partial months. The subscription remains active until the end of the current billing cycle.
- Annual plans: Eligible for a prorated refund within the first 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, no refund is available but you retain access until the subscription expires.
- Free trial periods automatically convert to paid subscriptions if not cancelled before the trial ends. If charged, you may request a refund within 48 hours.
4. How to Request a Refund
- Log in to your LearningSpacePro account.
- Go to Settings → Purchase History.
- Select the course or subscription and click "Request Refund".
- Provide a reason for the refund request.
- Our team will review and respond within 2 business days.
Alternatively, you may email us at admin@infoskillstechnology.com with your order ID, transaction ID, and the reason for the request.
5. Non-Refundable Items
- Certificates of completion once issued
- Courses where more than 30% content has been accessed (after 7-day period)
- Services or features consumed during the billing period
- Purchases made more than 30 days ago (unless stated otherwise)
6. Refund Processing
- Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
- Refunds are credited to the original payment method (bank account, UPI, credit/debit card).
- All refunds are routed through the same payment gateway (Razorpay/ICICI Bank Eazypay) through which the original transaction was made. Refunds through other modes are not supported.
- Stripe payments: Refund processed to the original card/bank account.
- No GST is charged as the Company is not GST-registered. Refund amount equals the original purchase price.
- In case of double payment or system error by the payment gateway, the Company or ICICI Bank shall return such amount fully or partially and may deduct charges for handling exceptional transactions.
7. Chargebacks
If a chargeback request is raised by the Learner through their bank, the Company and payment gateway reserve the right to:
- Suspend the Learner's access to the disputed course.
- Request proof of course delivery (access logs, video watch data) to resolve the dispute.
- If the chargeback is not resolved within 15 days, the disputed amount may be set off from the settlement account as per ICICI Bank Eazypay terms.
8. Instructor Payouts and Refunds
When a refund is issued for a course purchase, the corresponding instructor payout will be adjusted. If payout has already been processed, the refund amount will be deducted from the instructor's next payout cycle.
9. Cancellation by the Company
The Company reserves the right to cancel a purchase and issue a full refund in the following circumstances:
- Course is removed from the Platform due to quality or policy violations.
- Technical issues prevent course delivery.
- Fraudulent transactions detected.
- As required by regulatory authorities including RBI.
10. Disputes
If you are unsatisfied with the refund decision, you may escalate the dispute by emailing admin@infoskillstechnology.com. We will respond within 30 days in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. The dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bulandshahar, Uttar Pradesh, India.
